Senior Supply Chain Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a proficient supply chain specialist delivering tailored solutions to our internal teams responsible for client delivery.

• Evaluate the current and anticipated requirements for the assigned account or group of accounts, and develop and/or manage intricate customized supply chain solutions utilizing our established network of global partners and the AI Community.

• Collaborate closely with other internal teams as necessary, ensuring all information remains accurate and current at all times.

• Maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and suppliers involved in the supported program.

• Assist suppliers with client-specific challenges and/or processes.

• Proactively identify any risks or possible enhancements to our existing workflows and processes, including the creation and implementation of risk mitigation and/or improvement plans.

• Deliver training and/or guidance to fellow team members and oversee resource allocation on assigned projects, including the deliverables of other team members.

• Manage supplier performance specific to accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in supply chain management, vendor management, project management, or a related role, preferably within the localization and/or data services industry.

• Demonstrated ability to take charge of complex projects and/or initiatives, managing them independently while seeking guidance/support when necessary.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by a positive demeanor.

• Focused on processes and results.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - for example, utilizing VLOOKUPs.

• Capable of maintaining organization and prioritization while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Skilled in working with data, analyzing it, and drawing relevant conclusions, along with providing recommendations and reports.
