Director, Supply Chain Network Optimization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee enterprise-level modeling of supply chain networks and scenario planning involving manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.

• Collaborate with business units to pinpoint and assess optimization opportunities.

• Facilitate the execution of network optimization projects within business units.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to supply chain leaders in business units.

• Align cross-functional stakeholders around proposed recommendations.

• Create enterprise playbooks, frameworks, and tools.

• Act as a liaison across the enterprise.

• Track trends and proactively identify strategic risks and opportunities within the network.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in supply chain network strategy, operations consulting, or enterprise supply chain positions.

• Expertise in advanced analytical and modeling techniques, using tools such as LLamasoft (Coupa).

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, capable of influencing across various functions, geographies, and levels.

• Strong analytical skillset with a curious mindset.

• Adaptable in managing time amidst shifts in task prioritization.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• A proactive approach, eager to contribute in meetings.

• Experience collaborating with multiple business units in a matrixed setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.

• Proven experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
