Senior Supply Chain Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a knowledgeable supply chain specialist, delivering effective solutions to our internal teams tasked with client delivery.

• Evaluate current and anticipated needs for the designated account or group of accounts, and create and/or manage intricate, customized supply chain solutions leveraging our existing database of global partners and the AI Community.

• Collaborate closely with other internal teams as necessary, ensuring that all information remains accurate and current at all times.

• Foster strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and suppliers involved in the program you support.

• Offer assistance to suppliers regarding client-specific challenges and/or processes.

• Proactively identify any risks or potential enhancements to our existing workflows and processes, including the development and implementation of risk mitigation and/or improvement plans.

• Provide training and/or mentorship to fellow team members and oversee resource allocation for assigned projects, including the deliverables of other team members.

• Manage supplier performance specific to each account.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, vendor management, project management, or a similar role, preferably within the localization and/or data services sector.

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex projects and/or initiatives, managing them independently while seeking guidance/support when necessary.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, accompanied by a positive demeanor.

• Strong focus on processes and results.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), including experience with VLOOKUPs.

• Capacity to remain organized and prioritize effectively while handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in working with data, analyzing it, and drawing relevant conclusions to provide recommendations and reports.
