This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee tailored supply chain solutions of various complexities.
• Facilitate client delivery for a diverse range of localization and/or data services projects.
• Recruit and qualify suppliers.
• Manage financial aspects, risk, compliance, contracting, reporting, and supplier performance oversight.
• Support, train, and/or mentor other team members.
• Actively assess current processes and suggest enhancements.
• Assume responsibility and lead significant business areas or large-scale initiatives, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
• Over 5 years of experience in supply chain management, vendor management, project management, or a comparable role.
• Capability to take charge of complex projects and/or initiatives, managing them autonomously while seeking guidance/support when necessary.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with a positive attitude.
• Focused on processes and results.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) – for instance, using VLOOKUPs.
• Ability to remain organized and prioritize tasks while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in working with data, analyzing it, and deriving relevant insights, along with providing recommendations and reports.
