Senior Supply Chain Consultant – HighJump, Korber, Infios

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop intricate supply chain solutions in a dynamic environment.

• Oversee projects and guide junior personnel.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and senior management to outline project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables.

• Conduct network analysis and offer data-driven recommendations on strategic supply chain initiatives.

• Aid clients in the selection of supply chain software.

• Manage software implementations from initial concept through to final installation.

• Customize supply chain software to meet specific client needs.

• Execute comprehensive system testing and perform root cause analysis for any system issues.

• Create training materials and documentation for effective client knowledge transfer.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and configure systems in alignment with operations.

• Work together with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

• Evaluate potential robotics investments and recommend appropriate robotics solutions.

• Integrate robotics with current operations and software systems.

• Provide program management for the implementation of warehouse robotics.

• Lead internal initiatives to support company expansion in marketing, sales, recruitment, and training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree and 2–6 years of relevant experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to lead internal growth initiatives.

• Capability to conceptualize, develop, and present innovative ideas and solutions.

• Experience in project management, including planning, prioritizing tasks, and status reporting.

• Advanced understanding of supply chain concepts, particularly in distribution applications.

• Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to various supply chain technologies.

• Practical experience and advanced knowledge of one or more supply chain technologies.

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), Labor Management Systems (LMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, or supply chain business intelligence tools.

• Preferred: experience using SQL for troubleshooting and reporting purposes.

• Preferred: experience in championing functional testing.

• Preferred: experience in troubleshooting complex software solutions.

• Preferred: ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency.

• Preferred: experience in integrating supply chain systems.
