This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer subject matter expertise and strategic direction for intricate assessments pertaining to enterprise operating models, governance, organizational efficacy, and opportunities for transformational improvement.
• Oversee the implementation of enterprise assessment frameworks, which includes conducting stakeholder interviews, making operational observations, gathering data, and performing analysis, while ensuring compliance with established standards, methodologies, and tools.
• Confirm financial, operational, and clinical outcomes through rigorous analytics, benchmarking, and performance evaluation against best practices.
• Recognize performance deficiencies and formulate actionable recommendations, improvement strategies, and implementation priorities in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assess improvement opportunities and estimate potential financial and operational impacts, including KPIs, benchmarks, and validation of savings.
• Authenticate assessment results through data analysis, benchmarking, and stakeholder engagement, translating findings into clear, actionable insights that promote measurable results.
• Analyze enterprise-wide performance trends and maturity gaps to uncover transformational opportunities and establish long-term strategic priorities.
• Create business cases and quantify improvement opportunities, evaluating progress toward intended financial and operational results while identifying risks, barriers, and performance discrepancies with suggested mitigation strategies.
• Lead executive-level discussions and strategic planning sessions with health system leadership to synchronize assessment findings, priorities, and transformation roadmaps.
• Communicate assessment findings and recommendations to client and internal leadership teams, fostering alignment across complex, multi-site environments.
• Relevant degree in healthcare administration, supply chain, or healthcare operations management.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare supply chain, operations, consulting, or performance enhancement.
• Proven experience in leading assessments, engagements, or value realization initiatives.
• Strong comprehension of provider operations and spend management strategies.
• Established ability to manage intricate engagements and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capacity to facilitate executive-level discussions and impact strategic decision-making.
• Profound expertise in healthcare supply chain leading practices, operating models, and performance improvement methodologies.
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills, particularly in presenting to senior leaders and clients.
• Proven AI fluency with advanced proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance work processes, evaluate output quality and limitations, and support informed decision-making in complex business environments.
