This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee all elements related to field safety.
• Engage with customers to ensure that commitments and expectations are met.
• Supervise the execution of field maintenance and service operations based on contracts.
• Provide training for the field workforce on educational practices.
• Ensure customer quality assurance while managing labor and material expenditures.
• Enhance efficiencies by overseeing route schedules and reducing callback rates.
• Offer technical support and participate in sales estimation and proposals when necessary.
• Approve repair orders and monitor their completion.
• Drive improvements for greater efficiency and communication.
• A high school diploma is mandatory; a BA/BS degree is preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (minimum of 5 years).
• Preferred experience in leading a team of technicians.
• Elevator industry experience is an asset, though not essential.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, along with the capacity to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer and technology skills, strong business sense, and a commitment to customer service.
