Senior SuccessFactors Consultant – Talent, SmartRecruiters

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and enhancement projects of SmartRecruiters and other Talent modules from the discovery phase to go-live.

• Conduct workshops to collect and analyze business requirements.

• Configure SmartRecruiters and other Talent module solutions to meet client needs and adhere to industry best practices.

• Offer strategic guidance on optimizing recruitment processes and transforming talent management.

• Design and document solution architectures, functional specifications, and process diagrams.

• Maintain client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assist in testing activities, including planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Collaborate with integration partners, technical consultants, and project managers.

• Spot opportunities for continuous improvement and additional value creation for clients.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the DyFlex consulting practice.

• Deliver the design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing administration of security solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in implementing and configuring SmartRecruiters.

• Familiarity with Talent modules, including Onboarding and Succession.

• Strong comprehension of recruitment and talent management processes.

• Experience in leading client workshops and gathering requirements.

• Proven capabilities in consulting and managing stakeholder relationships.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in supporting testing, training, and deployment processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.

• Preferred candidates will be required to undergo employment screening.
