Senior SuccessFactors Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to our clients on the technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.

• Execute customer-specific configurations independently and facilitate workshops and training sessions.

• Assist and advise on the integration of SAP SuccessFactors into the clients' existing processes and system frameworks.

• Analyze, consult, design, and implement applications tailored for defined HR business processes.

• Support pre-sales initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in designing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors applications.

• At least one SAP SuccessFactors certification.

• A willingness to learn, the ability to work independently, and a strong team-oriented mindset.

• A strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
