This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Create comprehensive work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource allocations, and status reports.
• Acquire necessary resources and apply formal processes and tools to oversee resources, budgets, risks, and modifications.
• Facilitate project meetings and take charge of project monitoring and analysis.
• Recognize challenges, develop metrics, validate outcomes, and implement solutions.
• Provide insights to both internal and external clients regarding moderate to complex issues.
• Source, select, and contract geotechnical, surveying, engineering, and construction services competitively, while also supporting the E&C Cost Estimating Team with scope assumptions.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil/Structural Engineering
• Over 6 years of experience in substation design and engineering for high voltage substation projects
• Experience in Project Engineering or Project Management
• PMP or P.E. in a related field is advantageous
• Willingness to travel within North America as needed
