Senior Substation Project Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive work plans, timelines, project estimates, resource allocations, and progress reports.

• Acquire necessary resources and utilize established processes and tools to oversee resources, budgets, risks, and changes.

• Organize project meetings and oversee project tracking and analysis.

• Recognize challenges, establish metrics, validate outcomes, and implement effective solutions.

• Offer insights to both internal and external clients regarding moderate to complex issues.

• Competitively source, select, and contract geotechnical, survey, engineering, and construction services while assisting the E&C Cost Estimating Team with scope assumptions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Professional Engineer (PE)

• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

• Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil/Structural engineering

• Over 6 years of experience in Substation design and engineering for High Voltage substation projects

• Experience in Project Engineering or Project Management

• PMP or P.E. in a related discipline is advantageous

• Some travel within North America is required.
