This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Formulate lifecycle marketing strategies for designated ecommerce client accounts
• Develop strategic roadmaps that align with client objectives, historical performance, and specified service hours
• Identify lifecycle initiatives such as automated flows, campaign strategies, segmentation frameworks, experimentation plans, and cross-channel opportunities
• Assess retention program performance and suggest enhancements that foster measurable growth
• Act as a strategic advisor for designated client accounts
• Lead discussions and presentations on client strategies
• Offer guidance on lifecycle marketing best practices and platform functionalities
• Tackle complex strategic inquiries and propose solutions that promote long-term client success
• Analyze lifecycle marketing performance data and convert findings into actionable recommendations
• Create reporting and presentation materials that convey performance insights and strategic opportunities
• Identify performance drivers, emerging risks, and growth possibilities within lifecycle programs
• Oversee the scope of services for assigned accounts to ensure recommendations are in line with contracted hours and priorities
• Recognize potential scope risks or resource limitations and relay recommendations to the company contact
• Collaborate with internal team members supporting assigned accounts to guarantee alignment between strategy and execution
• Review lifecycle initiatives and campaign strategies to ensure consistency with overall program strategy and client goals
• Provide feedback that ensures accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to lifecycle marketing best practices
• Spot opportunities to enhance program performance and execution quality
• All applications, resumes/CVs, and responses must be submitted in English
• 5 to 7 years of experience managing retention marketing programs for DTC ecommerce brands
• Proven experience in developing lifecycle strategies across email, SMS, CRM, and loyalty programs
• Extensive experience with Klaviyo is mandatory
• Strong background in managing and optimizing retention programs
• Experience with Shopify or supporting Shopify-based ecommerce brands is essential
• Comprehensive understanding of lifecycle marketing analytics and performance reporting
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable marketing strategies
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills
• Capability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams
• Agency experience is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required
• This position is structured as an independent contractor engagement.
• Contractors are not eligible for company-sponsored benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, bonuses, equity, or other employee benefit programs.
• Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on the contractor’s experience, qualifications, and proposed hourly rate.
• The engagement may require up to 40 hours per week.
