
Senior Strategist – Go to Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and implement deployment of medium-to-large scale product initiatives.
• Create product positioning, training materials, internal communications, and ensure integration into the existing business ecosystem.
• Formulate go-to-market strategies aligned with project scope and anticipated outcomes.
• Convert strategies into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Act as the project manager for go-to-market activities from initiation to execution.
• Lead cross-functional go-to-market project teams, collaborating with product, marketing, training, segment leaders, operations readiness, and other functional areas.
• Oversee internal product training with subject-matter experts, which includes content creation, packaging, Allego videos, and coordination with the central Training team.
• Design and implement product communications and forums, including internal newsletters and showcases.
• Create and sustain a portfolio view of product initiatives to pinpoint opportunities for bundled launches.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent directly related work experience is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in project management, communications, training, and/or marketing.
• Highly organized with exceptional project management abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of financial products and services, along with client-facing experience, is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
• Capacity to engage, lead, and influence cross-functional business partners effectively.
• Proficient in the MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint.
• Energetic and adaptable self-starter who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, embraces change, and supports fellow team members.
• Applicants must possess authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available, including CPT/OPT.
• Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a suitable home workspace is required.
