Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the monthly release process, which includes customer emails, launch blog posts, and a precise public roadmap.

• Develop and manage a library of product fact sheets.

• Conduct continuous competitive analysis and transform insights into battlecards and objection-handling materials for the sales team.

• Oversee SEO and GEO strategies for product-related content.

• Create the Velocity Motion sales play for the SMB segment, encompassing positioning, sequences, one-pagers, demo narratives, and enablement materials.

• Collaborate with the Product team on launch tiering, messaging, and scheduling prior to feature releases.

• Integrate AI into workflows and disseminate best practices within the team.

• Work in partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation teams to enhance pipeline and boost adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing (B2B SaaS).

• Excellent writing abilities.

• Proficient with AI-native workflows: employs AI for research, drafting, and execution.

• Demonstrated success in creating enablement content that is embraced by sales representatives.

• Proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Product and Sales teams, without formal authority.

• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to transform uncertainty into actionable steps.

• Direct, considerate, and low-drama approach to work.

• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

• Preferred: experience in financial services, wealth management, fintech, or AI.

• Preferred: background in a Series A-C company or a similarly dynamic environment.

• Preferred: experience supporting SMB or product-led sales initiatives.

• Preferred: practical SEO experience and interest in AI search technologies.
