This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the narrative development and messaging for the Enterprise segment.
• Perform research and create messaging for Finance, Legal, Analysts, Heads of Talent, RecOps, and other stakeholders within the Enterprise.
• Adapt Ashby’s overarching narrative to suit the messaging needs of Enterprise and upper mid-market buyers.
• Sustain the Enterprise messaging framework to support Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Solutions Engineering to pinpoint segment opportunities.
• Create enablement materials, campaigns, and sales-process documentation tailored to the Enterprise.
• Act as the definitive source of information between Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales regarding Enterprise messaging and collateral.
• Conduct training sessions for Sales alongside other teams that support sales efforts.
• Manage Enterprise case studies, presentations, one-pagers, campaigns, and account-based marketing materials.
• Assist in creating TCO reports and ROI content to aid buyers in making internal justifications for Ashby.
• Support Enterprise ABM initiatives through personalized and small-group messaging and creative campaigns.
• Collaborate with Analyst Relations to prepare and brief analysts and the press.
• Transform Sales Leadership priorities into actionable assets, initiatives, and launch plans.
• Develop messaging for secondary stakeholders within the Enterprise.
• Update the core Enterprise sales deck.
• Ensure alignment among CS, Sales, and Marketing on Enterprise messaging as campaigns are deployed.
• Work together with the Director of Product Marketing.
• Experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Competitive Intelligence, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering.
• In-depth understanding of the Enterprise buying process, which involves multiple stakeholders, extended sales cycles, and significant stakes.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities.
• Capability to adjust company narratives for discerning and skeptical buyers.
• Proficiency in taking ownership of copy and collaborating with design teams to produce refined, Enterprise-grade assets.
• Comfort in partnering closely with Sales and engaging in major deals.
• Ability to navigate through complexity and ambiguity to problem-solve effectively.
• Skill in developing TCO, ROI, and business-case documentation.
• Expertise in creating content and messaging for complex Enterprise buyers.
• Aptitude for cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Content & Community, Demand Gen, Events, Partnerships, and Analyst Relations.
