Product Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Create, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing initiatives that enhance advisor engagement, utilizing audience insights and needs to link employees with pertinent financial support, ultimately fostering growth in Employee Planning.

• Evaluate program and advisor engagement metrics to uncover opportunities, enhance marketing efficiency, and guide the continuous improvement of program design.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of employee financial requirements, behaviors, and preferences to help define audience segments and translate their needs into suitable positioning, messaging, and marketing experiences that promote engagement with EFE’s offerings.

• Collaborate with the Engagement Center, Product, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to gather insights, pinpoint opportunities, and guide the development and enhancement of Employee Planning marketing initiatives.

• Assist in the project management of various initiatives within Integrated Marketing as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of proven experience delivering engaging and impactful work in relevant positions.

• Preferred experience in the financial services sector.

• A strong passion for research along with a commitment to understanding users and their preferences.

• A creative thinker and storyteller who can introduce innovative, outside-the-box ideas.

• Excellent writing skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Experience working collaboratively with creative teams (such as writers and designers) to realize a vision.

• Capability to cultivate successful cross-functional relationships both within and outside of marketing.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to ensure projects are managed effectively and efficiently.
