Senior Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform extensive research and analysis to uncover market trends, assess the competitive landscape, and identify growth opportunities.

• Create detailed strategic plans tailored to the specific requirements and objectives of clients.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of strategic initiatives.

• Track and assess the performance of strategic plans, making necessary modifications to enhance outcomes.

• Offer strategic insights and recommendations to clients regarding business decisions.

• Remain informed about industry advancements and integrate them into strategic planning processes.

• Lead client discussions and presentations to convey strategic plans and updates.

• Mentor and support junior strategists within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in a strategic planning capacity, ideally within a consulting setting.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving expertise.

• Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.

• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated success in crafting and executing effective strategic plans.

• Familiarity with various industries and prevailing market trends.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project requirements as needed.
