
Senior Strategic Product Consultant, Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in the specialization of Procore’s Project Management and Quality & Safety product lines tailored for Public Sector clients.
• Collaborate with Professional Services Delivery Project Managers and Customer Success Engineers to offer strategic insights and technical support.
• Create client business processes that align with Procore’s standard operating procedures through effective training and consultation.
• Facilitate group consultations, training sessions, and in-person workshops on Procore tools and best practices.
• Enhance client business processes within Procore and across their organizations by leveraging construction, real estate development, and operational knowledge.
• Deliver exceptional service and education through articulate and effective communication.
• Onboard, train, and guide team members.
• Work collaboratively across Procore to establish best practices and promote product and market leadership.
• Attain a comprehensive understanding of Procore products, business models, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success methodologies.
• Be prepared to travel up to 50% to client locations, industry events, and Procore offices.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically within the Public Sector.
• Prior experience in managing Federal construction projects is preferred.
• Relevant experience in management, operations, advisory roles, or product consulting may be acceptable.
• Previous roles as a Consultant, Project Director, Project Manager, or Operations Manager are desirable.
• Proven experience in conducting client discovery sessions, developing operational workflows, and delivering onsite presentations and consultations.
• Experience in managing project development phases, including scope definition, site selection, due diligence, entitlements, design, permitting, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and construction.
• Skilled in managing project construction aspects, such as bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, documentation, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Experience in establishing standard operating procedures is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Must be able to reside in a Central, Mountain, or Eastern Time zone.
