Senior Strategic People Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop people strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer success.

• Serve as a trusted advisor on matters of organizational change, talent management, and business transformation.

• Enhance organizational capability through effective workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design.

• Mentor leaders to foster high-performing, inclusive teams.

• Oversee performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation planning processes.

• Partner with the global Sales and Customer-Facing organization.

• Convert business priorities into actionable people solutions that promote growth, transformation, and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, including collaboration with senior leaders in commercial or customer-facing sectors.

• Experience in supporting Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, or other revenue-generating functions within a global enterprise.

• Strong preference for candidates from high-growth SaaS companies for external applicants.

• Experience in the enterprise software or technology sectors will also be taken into account.

• Solid commercial insight and comprehension of subscription and customer-oriented business models.

• Proven success in leading organizational transformation, talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.

• Experience in global, matrixed organizations with diverse teams and cultures.

• Familiarity with U.S. and LATAM employment laws is an advantage.

• International HR experience is a plus.
