This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and Manage Enterprise Relationships: Act as the trusted primary advisor for executive stakeholders in key industries such as Retail, QSR, and emerging sectors.
• Drive Growth in Strategic Accounts: Identify and implement expansion opportunities (e.g., new locations, new product categories, marketing initiatives, etc.) within your current portfolio to foster mutual volume and revenue growth.
• Oversee Launches and Integrations: Lead the comprehensive onboarding and launch of new partner locations or services, ensuring a smooth operational transition for both the partner and Wing.
• Negotiate and Renew Contracts: Navigate intricate contract renewals and commercial restructures to establish a mutually beneficial partnership framework.
• Convert Data into Actionable Insights: Collect and analyze performance insights, consumer behavior, and operational metrics to conduct regular, data-driven business reviews (QBRs) with partners.
• Advocate Internally and Across Functions: Work closely with internal Wing teams to address and promote your partners’ needs: Product & Hardware/Software, Operations, Marketing, Legal & Finance.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, partner success, management consulting, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the last-mile logistics, retail, QSR, or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing, retaining, and expanding complex, multi-million dollar enterprise accounts and executive relationships.
• Strong operational and project management skills with experience in coordinating complex cross-functional projects, such as technical integrations or multi-site rollouts involving multiple components.
• Analytical proficiency with the capability to analyze complex data, derive actionable insights, and create compelling narratives using presentation and data visualization tools.
• Business acumen with experience in negotiating contract terms, SLAs, and complex commercial restructures to ensure long-term, mutually advantageous success.
