Senior Implementation Consultant, Audit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Ensure consistent customer engagement from the point of sales handoff through to the realization of value.

• Develop implementation strategies that define customer objectives and necessary activities.

• Conduct regular onboarding assessments, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.

• Foster relationships with customer champions and enhance their understanding of Fieldguide.

• Liaise with Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to connect customers.

• Articulate customer needs internally to shape the product roadmap, processes, and onboarding improvements.

• Recognize implementation risks and formulate action plans to address them.

• Document customer value through case studies, use cases, and success metrics.

• Monitor adoption-map progress and customer value realization over time.

• Provide Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding to new clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years in leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing, internal controls documentation, and audit methodology/workpapers review.

• At least 4+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or related experience at a prestigious management consulting firm or a high-growth startup (preference for candidates with a consulting-firm background).

• Strong consulting capabilities and a proven track record of delivering business value for customers as a trusted advisor.

• Proficient in project management with the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple customers, projects, and requests with minimal direct supervision.

• Capacity to solve problems professionally while managing several customer accounts.

• Executive presence with the ability to influence change effectively.

• Proven ability to communicate efficiently with customers and internal teams.

• Skill to take full ownership of projects from start to finish with minimal guidance.

• Experience working as a practitioner at an audit, advisory, or CPA firm.
