Implementation Consultant, Audit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Ensure consistent customer engagement throughout all stages of implementation, from the transition after sales to the realization of value.

• Develop implementation strategies that define customer objectives and the actions required to meet them.

• Conduct routine onboarding assessments, monitor advancements, and modify plans as needed.

• Foster relationships with customer champions and enhance their knowledge of Fieldguide.

• Act as a liaison between customers and Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.

• Articulate customer requirements internally to shape the product roadmap, internal workflows, and future onboarding iterations.

• Proactively identify success risks and formulate action plans to address them.

• Record customer value through case studies, use cases, and success metrics.

• Monitor customer advancement against adoption maps and chart value realization over time.

• Facilitate Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding programs for new clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience managing financial statement audits, including SOX testing, internal controls documentation, and reviewing audit methodologies/workpapers.

• Alternatively, 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar roles at a leading management consulting firm or a rapidly growing startup.

• Strong consulting abilities with a track record of delivering business value for customers as a trusted advisor.

• Proficient in project management with the capability to prioritize and oversee multiple clients, projects, and requests with minimal direct oversight.

• Skilled in professional problem-solving while managing several clients simultaneously.

• Proven executive presence with the ability to influence change.

• A history of effective communication with customers and across internal teams.

• Capability to take full ownership of projects from start to finish and execute them with minimal direction or oversight.

• Experience as a practitioner in an audit, advisory, or CPA firm.
