This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Works in collaboration with both internal and external business partners to enhance healthcare value, facilitating the realization of the mission, vision, strategies, network objectives, and strategic business goals.
• Enhances the experiences of colleagues and patients, acting as an innovative, strategic partner while providing robust project management support to key stakeholders.
• Co-develops, implements, assesses, and modifies both short and long-term goals, strategies, and visions for teams and divisions.
• Designs, plans, executes, evaluates, and consistently supports project management requirements for strategic network initiatives aimed at driving healthcare value and achieving enterprise objectives.
• Utilizes the portfolio management system to assist in the enterprise-wide intake and development of potential improvement projects.
• Applies technical skills to address the needs of key stakeholders effectively.
• Evaluates variations, complex organizational performance gaps, and identifies opportunities for strategic expense reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Conducts root cause and gap analysis based on current state data.
• Establishes and projects forecasts based on trend data.
• Develops and maintains a professional network and engages with relevant professional organizations.
• Manages and balances several senior-level projects while mentoring junior team members.
• Proposes and implements aligned short and long-term departmental and divisional goals, strategies, and visions.
• Facilitates team meetings, identifies key actions and follow-up items, and acts as a liaison to ensure all project-related documents are accurate and accessible.
• Recognizes and escalates barriers and risks effectively.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration, healthcare management, project management, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management or completion of a healthcare administrative fellowship program.
• Capacity to quickly understand complex concepts and situations.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage several complex tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong team-building skills, alongside emotional and social intelligence.
• Must demonstrate collaboration skills and possess resilience, managerial courage, flexibility, ethics, and professionalism.
• Master’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in project management (preferred).
• CSSBB - Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality upon hire (preferred).
