Senior Strategic Finance Specialist

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales, Ecosystem, and Revenue Operations to comprehend business priorities and convert them into financial forecasts and analyses.

• Develop and sustain financial models and forecasts for go-to-market leaders.

• Assist leaders in assessing plans, assumptions, performance, and investment decisions.

• Take ownership of regular reporting and clarify significant trends or variances.

• Articulate the financial narrative clearly to business partners.

• Explore ad hoc inquiries and transform findings into recommendations for achieving targets and promoting efficient growth.

• Confirm assumptions with stakeholders.

• Enhance the clarity and consistency of reporting.

• Support informed day-to-day business decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, financial analysis, or a similar analytical role.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools and creating AI-driven workflows for financial analysis, reporting, or forecasting.

• Capability to verify AI outputs for precision and convert results into actionable business insights.

• Proficient financial modeling, forecasting, and spreadsheet abilities.

• Experience in generating recurring reports or variance analyses.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong judgment and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to juggle multiple requests in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Experience in supporting SaaS or technology teams is a plus.

• Familiarity with Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, SQL, or business intelligence platforms is advantageous.

• Experience in evaluating resource allocation, investment decisions, or the relationships between operating metrics and financial outcomes is preferred.
