• Take full ownership of finance support for our growth partnerships portfolio, which amounts to approximately $100M annually, by establishing ROI guardrails and performance frameworks linked to GTV, Instacart+ membership growth, and user acquisition.
• Develop and sustain driver-based forecasting and scenario models for Consumer Revenue and partner investments, converting insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Direct annual and quarterly planning, oversee monthly forecasting and closing routines, and implement KPI instrumentation in collaboration with Partnerships, Product, Data Science, and Accounting teams.
• Assess and organize new partnership opportunities, encompassing due diligence, unit economics, incrementality, and payback analysis; create executive-ready presentations to guide decision-making.
• Create and implement robust measurement strategies with Data Science to continuously refine spending and results.
• Set up an operational rhythm and OKRs for your portfolio, ensuring cross-functional alignment and accountability with respect to targets and timelines.
• Over 7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, particularly in building driver-based and scenario models; proficient in SQL for independent querying and analysis of large datasets.
• Proven track record in managing or advising on a portfolio of growth or partnership investments exceeding $50M annually.
• Experience in leading planning and monthly forecasting/closing processes, along with creating KPI dashboards for consumer, marketplace, or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated capacity to present insights and recommendations to senior executives and effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders.
