This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Long Range Plan, ensuring that capital allocation and growth expectations align with the company's long-term vision.
• Develop and sustain models to assess and enhance unit economics across various customers, customer segments, cohorts, and channels.
• Produce concise, executive-ready materials for monthly reviews and board discussions that translate data into clear and actionable narratives.
• Act as a primary support lead for upcoming fundraising initiatives and other strategic projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on scenario modeling and business case development, linking financial discipline to operational outcomes.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and leading indicators of business performance to promote operational enhancements.
• Aid in creating distinctive forecasting features or tools for the company and its clients.
• Work together with GTM teams on pricing strategies and proposals.
• Set up the systems, tools, and frameworks that the Strategic Finance team requires to impact the business, including automation, reporting, and operational rhythms.
• Collaborate closely with the FP&A team to ensure that near-term budgets and forecasts align closely with long-term projections.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, strategy & operations, FP&A, or related finance functions, with hands-on experience in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
• Familiarity with subscription business models, encompassing knowledge of ARR, revenue, retention, and unit economics.
• Proven experience in partnering with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and R&D teams, with a history of influencing decisions through insights.
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with the proficiency to construct models from scratch in a high-growth, operationally intricate environment.
• Skill in converting data and analysis into clear narratives for executives, and comfort in presenting to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication abilities and executive presence, with the discernment to challenge assumptions while fostering strong relationships.
• A high degree of ownership, curiosity, and urgency, with the capacity to operate independently and navigate uncertainty.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in healthcare or health tech is advantageous.
