Senior Strategic Client Executive – Providers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead new Provider sales initiatives while managing a portfolio of Redox’s priority Provider accounts, aiming to achieve a 40% growth in each account.

• Investigate, develop, and qualify potential opportunities within targeted Provider organizations.

• Implement renewal and expansion strategies during the customer’s renewal cycle and throughout the contract period.

• Analyze and pinpoint growth opportunities with clients.

• Promote Redox’s offerings to various product lines, divisions, and/or companies associated with our clients.

• Cultivate relationships with current customers, comprehend their growth strategies, and execute accordingly.

• Identify key executives within existing customer accounts and conduct thorough research to facilitate informed initial outreach.

• Establish strong connections with executives to enhance the success of our business partnerships and foster collaborative growth.

• Oversee the complete sales cycle, negotiate, and finalize upsell opportunities.

• Organize and deliver compelling sales presentations.

• Gain insight into the competitive landscape and customer requirements.

• Manage, monitor, and report on all sales activities and outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Enterprise sales and account management, showcasing proficiency in engaging with healthcare Providers.

• Demonstrable success in selling to and expanding customer accounts, particularly within enterprise Provider markets.

• A consistent history of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

• Strong motivation to engage with customers and share product insights.

• Skilled at engaging and negotiating with executives; possesses a self-aware executive presence.

• A collaborative team player who enhances the capabilities of those around you.

• Consultative approach with outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Enthusiastic about addressing complex challenges that contribute positively to society.

• Willing to familiarize oneself with a technical product and adopt a value-based selling strategy.

• Flexible and solution-focused when tackling intricate problems.

• Action-oriented, with a commitment to creating a positive impact.

• Respectful and inclusive, actively seeking and incorporating feedback from others.

• Available to travel up to 20% for client engagements and in-person meetings.
