This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic development of market opportunities and lead qualification.
• Identification and prioritization of key hospital and medical care center (MVZ) accounts based on their market potential, level of digitalization, and decision-making frameworks.
• Proactive engagement and qualification of C-level stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough discovery discussions to identify digital challenges and processes within the clinical setting.
• Craft precise value propositions and ROI narratives for various stakeholder groups.
• Complete ownership of the sales process (from Lead to Won).
• Plan, manage, and document all sales activities, including forecasting, pipeline management, and decision analysis.
• Ensure structured multi-stakeholder buy-in and navigate intricate decision-making pathways within hospital networks and operator companies.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in close partnership with Operations and Customer Success.
• Cultivate long-term executive relationships and establish medflex as a strategic partner in digitalization.
• Engage in specialist conferences, industry events, and committees.
• Several years of experience in strategically focused, analytical roles, such as strategic B2B sales, Business Development, Account Management, or top-tier management consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with C-level decision-makers, including navigating complex decision structures, creating business cases, and persuading executive stakeholders.
• Prior familiarity with healthcare decision-making processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities; you comprehend clinical processes alongside economic relationships.
• Exceptional senior-level communication skills, negotiation prowess, and an executive presence.
• High level of personal accountability, motivation, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
