This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Cultivate relationships, cross-sell, and upsell among current Partners in Poland and Eastern Europe.
• Actively identify and recruit new Partners while collaborating with Distributors.
• Work alongside cross-functional team members across various regions to implement sales strategies and foster strong local connections to drive outcomes.
• Achieve revenue targets sourced from Partners.
• Over 4 years of prior experience in partner management within the SaaS sector, preferably with an emphasis on Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in solution sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated history of surpassing business development, partner recruitment, and revenue targets.
• Proficiency in comprehensive partner enablement and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong capability to develop and deliver quantifiable business cases with partners, fostering mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Outstanding communication and listening skills to effectively convey the company's vision, product updates, and adaptability to new strategies - fluency in both Polish and English is essential.
