This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the execution of strategies across a specified portfolio of partners in India.
• Achieve sourcing and influencing objectives.
• Enhance presentation rates and engagement within the partner ecosystem.
• Lead the execution of the go-to-market strategy with partners in India, from pipeline development to deal closure.
• Facilitate connections between partner stakeholders and Workday Sales.
• Oversee daily partner relationship management.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in technology sales, channel sales, or alliance management.
• Established working knowledge and experience with the Indian market landscape and regional partner dynamics.
• Proven track record in managing partner relationships and executing collaborative sales/go-to-market plans.
• Strong comprehension of the enterprise sales cycle and the role of channel partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Highly results-oriented, self-motivated individual with a demonstrated capacity to work independently.
