This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• In the role of Client Partner Lead for the Manufacturing & Multi-industries segment, you will be responsible for the strategy, revenue objectives, and client relationships within your portfolio.
• You will establish and nurture long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction while driving growth within accounts.
• This position involves guiding a team of Client Partners, assisting them in crafting account strategies, sharing insights from the industry, and achieving performance targets consistent with Accesa’s 5-star customer experience standards.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Presales, Legal, and Finance, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our initiatives in the Manufacturing & Multi-industries sector.
• You will define and execute the strategy for the Manufacturing & Multi-industries vertical, ensuring alignment with market trends, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements.
• Acting as a thought leader, you will represent Accesa in various external forums and influence our industry positioning.
• You will manage strategic client relationships, ensuring proactive communication, resolution of issues, and alignment on strategy.
• Creating and maintaining client plans that emphasize long-term growth, opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and effective pipeline management will be part of your responsibilities.
• You will supervise sales and proposal development to ensure that our offerings meet client requirements, profitability goals, and compliance standards.
• In partnership with Delivery, you will oversee project scope, pricing, and overall account profitability.
• You will lead and mentor a team of Client Partners, enhancing their capabilities in strategic account management and consultative selling.
• Driving performance will involve establishing clear objectives, feedback mechanisms, and opportunities for professional growth.
• You will manage budgets, guarantee accurate CRM reporting, and promote a data-driven approach to decision-making and forecasting.
• Implementing continuous improvements based on client feedback and internal assessments will be crucial.
• You will monitor and enhance client satisfaction metrics, facilitating executive-level reviews and governance sessions.
• Deep Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in the IT sector, specifically within Manufacturing, while staying updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
• Strategic Thinking & Planning: Ability to convert market insights, client feedback, and emerging technology trends into a coherent strategy for the industry segment.
• Proven Client Relationship Management: A solid background in establishing trust-based relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• People Leadership: Experience in leading, mentoring, and coaching teams, focusing on consultative sales, account management, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Proficient in influencing senior stakeholders (both internal and client-side), creating succinct presentations, and delivering compelling proposals.
• Project Delivery Awareness: Familiarity with project delivery lifecycles, from requirements analysis through to go-live, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Stakeholder Management: Skilled in navigating large, complex organizations, prioritizing multiple stakeholder needs, and proactively resolving escalations.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken) is highly preferred for engaging with a diverse client portfolio.
