• Oversee the performance and goals of assigned Account Managers.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to managed employees.
• Serve as the primary contact for designated strategic accounts on a daily basis.
• Respond to incoming requests for quotations while fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the business objectives, challenges, and opportunities of current clients.
• Support Business Development colleagues in identifying proactive ways to enhance value for key customers.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments such as Business Development, Sales Support, Product Line, Repairs, and Warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies.
• Participate in industry conferences and networking events.
• Maintain a high-energy, cooperative, and positive demeanor, complemented by a good sense of humor.
• Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree along with a minimum of eight years of experience in commercial aviation.
• Previous experience in the aftermarket aviation industry.
• Excellent communication, consultation, and relationship management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
