• Develop a robust pipeline throughout the DACH region by identifying new opportunities with large enterprises, regulated organizations, and public-sector accounts.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to discovery, evaluation, business case development, negotiation, and closure.
• Convert initial customer interest into pilot projects, support agreements, and sustainable enterprise opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development Lead on market priorities, executive engagement, and the region's key opportunities.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to assist in technical discovery, customer validation, pilot execution, and rollout planning.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across IT, security, architecture, procurement, and compliance, while refining the regional sales approach based on market insights.
• Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, security, or platform sales.
• Proven track record of building sales pipelines and successfully closing complex enterprise deals.
• Experience managing full-cycle sales processes in developing or rapidly changing markets.
• Confidence in engaging with both senior business stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to qualify effectively, prioritize tasks, and advance opportunities with discipline.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure in an early-stage regional environment.
• Experience collaborating closely with Solutions Engineering or technical pre-sales teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
• Must be willing to occasionally participate in collaboration and meetings that align with U.S. business hours.
