• Develop the sales pipeline across the DACH region by identifying new opportunities with large enterprises, regulated organizations, and accounts related to the public sector.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process from prospecting and qualification to discovery, evaluation, business case formulation, negotiation, and closure.
• Convert initial customer interest into pilot programs, support agreements, and sustainable enterprise opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development Lead on market priorities, executive engagement, and the region's key opportunities.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to assist with technical discovery, customer validation, pilot execution, and planning for rollouts.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in IT, security, architecture, procurement, and compliance, while refining the regional sales strategy based on market insights.
• Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, security, or platform sales.
• Proven success in building sales pipelines and closing intricate enterprise deals.
• Experience in managing full-cycle sales processes in developing or rapidly evolving markets.
• Ability to confidently engage with senior business stakeholders as well as technical decision-makers.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the capability to effectively qualify, prioritize, and advance opportunities with discipline.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and the ability to establish structure while selling in an early-stage regional environment.
• Experience collaborating closely with Solutions Engineering or technical pre-sales teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
• Must be willing and able to occasionally participate in collaborations and meetings aligned with U.S. business hours.
