Senior STIBO Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor junior engineers for 15% of your work schedule.

• Collaborate with Product teams and other stakeholders for 15% of your efforts.

• Leverage technical expertise and coding abilities in strategic planning, project scoping, delivery, and collaboration with the Senior Engineering Manager.

• Develop and maintain STIBO STEP solutions, workflows, and integrations.

• Ensure the quality of data, governance, and performance of the platform.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate platform and data-related issues.

• Drive project delivery through precise estimations, accountability, and effective communication.

• Provide support for production operations, SaaS upgrades, and ongoing improvements.

• Design, develop, configure, and customize the Stibo STEP platform, including workflows, WebUI interfaces, attributes, and validation rules.

• Assist with quarterly SaaS upgrades and conduct release impact assessments.

• Implement frameworks for data governance, stewardship, and quality control.

• Enhance platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver production support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in MDM/PIM development.

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP development and administration.

• At least 3 years of experience utilizing CI/CD tools, including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Git.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Azure or GCP cloud services.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience).

• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, Kafka, and Informatica.

• Experience in the retail or healthcare sector.

• Understanding of product lifecycle and catalog management.

• Experience in supporting omnichannel retail environments.

• Familiarity with supplier/vendor onboarding and healthcare regulatory data management.

• Experience applying AI for data maintenance within STEP.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Web UI development, SQL, and data modeling.

• Capability to drive master data governance and manage product/vendor lifecycles.
