This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of the Plan-to-Produce or Source-to-Pay process models and spearhead digital transformation efforts within Materials Management and Production Planning.
• Design, configure, and sustain SAP MM/PP components, which include MRP, BOM management, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Management.
• Lead and implement ERP migrations from legacy systems like BaaN, Infor, or custom applications to the strategic SAP environment.
• Oversee technical architecture analysis, research, design, and the integration of new functionalities within the SAP ecosystem.
• Provide architectural and design guidance to development teams.
• Ensure technical integrity by utilizing common technical elements and avoiding redundant or siloed developments.
• Engage in defining the global ERP product roadmap and strategy.
• Manage communication with stakeholders and progress reporting, bridging technical execution with business requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and offer technical leadership to the global SAP Product Council.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Proven professional IT experience with recognized leadership credentials across SAP ERP product lines.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with SAP MM or PP, including WM/EWM or Shop Floor Control/Quality Module.
• Participation in at least five complete life-cycle SAP ERP projects, encompassing planning, analysis, design, build, test, and deployment.
• Strong process knowledge related to Procurement-to-Pay or Plan-to-Produce cycles.
• Experience in integrating SAP with Financials (FICO) and Project Systems (PS).
• Familiarity with global configuration and highly integrated, multi-site SAP architectures.
• Ability to collaborate with executive-level stakeholders to define IT strategies and manage complex project portfolios.
• Capability to convert business challenges into technical roadmaps while aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of emerging manufacturing and supply chain technologies and their integration with SAP.
• Experience in complex, international environments.
