Senior Staff Technical Product Manager – Outbound Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for defining strategy and overseeing the complete architecture, design governance, and implementation of Oracle WMS inbound distribution processes.

• Collaborates closely with Product Management to convert vision into explicit requirements.

• Aligns stakeholders, including Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Product Owners, Developers, Operations, IT, and vendors.

• Directs delivery by balancing the introduction of new features, resolution of defects, and management of technical debt.

• Establishes scalable and supportable solution frameworks and standards throughout the entire lifecycle.

• Owns and manages the backlog, consistently organizing and prioritizing to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of work are always prepared.

• Engages regularly (50% of the time) with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarifications, and oversees story acceptance, refinement, testing, and validation.

• Mentors junior team members.

• Provides technical leadership to Technical Project Managers (TPMs) across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, or an Associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience, or a High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in implementing WMS functionalities.

• Technical Expertise: Over 8 years of experience in implementing WMS features such as Oracle Shipping, Wave Planning, Pick-pack-and-ship, Load Planning, Shipping documentation, Replenishment, Product Receiving (PO/IB Shipments), Putaway, Slotting, Cross docking, Labeling, etc.

• Proficient in deconstructing problems, documenting problem statements, and estimating efforts.

• Experienced in negotiation to align stakeholders and convey a unified perspective to the scrum team.
