Senior Staff Software Engineer – Partner Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the technical roadmap for the Partner Integrations team.

• Collaborate across APIs, SDKs, and web experiences.

• Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, Infrastructure, Sales, Partner, and Customer Success teams.

• Take a hands-on approach as an individual contributor.

• Develop products that align with evolving offerings.

• Standardize APIs, tools, and processes for sharing external partner data and payments across various entry points such as Flex Anywhere.

• Guide the end-to-end delivery of multiple impactful products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering.

• At least 3 years of hands-on technical leadership experience.

• Proven ability to operate within a globally-distributed team while maintaining a high level of ownership.

• Experience in leading the delivery of multiple highly impactful products from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high quality standards.

• Skilled in collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, successfully aligning expectations regarding scope and delivery.

• Capable of driving both yourself and your team to achieve quality and consistency in code and architecture without sacrificing speed.

• Adaptable to growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Proven experience in designing and developing solutions that enhance ROI and result in significant business impact.

• Familiar with FinTech and major payment systems.

• Experience working with Sales teams and/or creating products tailored for Sales professionals.

• Proven track record of building integrations with external partners and managing relationships with stakeholders.

• Experience with AWS cloud-based applications.
