This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the enterprise product strategy and roadmap, which is crucial for acquiring and retaining our largest and most complex customers.
• Deliver AI agent workflows that effectively manage real go-to-market tasks from start to finish: enrichment, prioritization, outreach, and signal-to-action - focusing on production rather than just demonstrations.
• Maintain direct relationships with a select group of enterprise customers, leveraging insights gained to inform product initiatives that the entire company can support.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to simplify complex capabilities, ensuring that admin controls can be easily configured by a non-technical RevOps lead and that agent behavior is trustworthy for a CRO.
• Have the drive to complete the entire process — shipping is merely the midpoint; you will oversee the work through aspects such as pricing, packaging, enablement, and the feedback loop from Sales and Customer Success that transforms features into revenue.
• Elevate the standard of product craftsmanship across the team through the quality of your work and your operational methodologies.
• A minimum of 6 years in product management, including at least one experience in launching enterprise B2B SaaS solutions tailored for customers with security, compliance, and administrative needs.
• Proven success in creating a new product from the ground up, rather than merely refining an existing one.
• Strong familiarity with AI products: you have experience shipping LLM-powered features into production, possess well-informed opinions on evaluations and agent design, and understand where the technology genuinely adds value versus merely serving as marketing.
• A first-principles perspective on the go-to-market approach in an AI-agent landscape, accompanied by a systems-thinking mindset that recognizes how one decision affects data, identity, and downstream agents.
• Ability to take direct responsibility for customer relationships, including conducting discovery sessions, participating in calls, and translating insights into specifications.
• Competitive base salary complemented by substantial equity ownership.
• Comprehensive health insurance, covering medical, dental, and vision, along with HSA and FSA options.
• We cover 100% of your employee premium and 50% of the premium for any dependents.
• Unlimited Paid Time Off.
• Paid Company Holidays.
• Flexible work-from-home policy, including a laptop and support for your home office needs.
• Monthly Remote Stipend.
• 401(k) self-contribution options.
• Paid Family Leave.
• Join a diverse, passionate, and enjoyable team at a crucial phase in the company's journey.
