This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Take ownership of intricate product challenges from inception to delivery, defining our development goals, their significance, and success metrics.
• Create comprehensive user journeys, workflows, interaction models, and high-fidelity experiences for both web and mobile platforms.
• Rapidly prototype ideas to explore concepts, align stakeholders, and expedite learning.
• Convert complex financial concepts, workflows, and data into user-friendly and scalable experiences.
• Contribute to and enhance our design system, striking a balance between consistency and innovative thinking.
• Work closely with engineers during implementation to guarantee quality and meticulous execution.
• Question assumptions and influence product decisions with a long-term perspective on the platform.
• Engage in design critiques and promote a culture of feedback, learning, and ongoing improvement.
• For candidates at the Staff level, elevate design standards across teams through mentorship, influence, and strategic design leadership.
• You possess experience in designing digital products, preferably within fintech, banking, lending, payments, or other similarly intricate sectors.
• Your portfolio showcases robust product thinking, outstanding interaction design, and exceptional visual craftsmanship.
• You can connect customer needs with business goals and technical limitations to achieve impactful product results.
• You are adept at navigating uncertainty and independently advancing projects.
• You know how to simplify complex issues without oversimplifying the challenges.
• You utilize evidence and data to guide decisions while also maintaining strong product intuition.
• You communicate effectively, tell persuasive stories, and can influence decisions among diverse audiences.
• You focus on outcomes as much as outputs, understanding the role of design in driving business success.
