Senior Staff Full-Stack Engineer

• Oversee cross-divisional projects that advocate for technological best practices and improvements.

• Design, construct, and maintain high-volume, low-latency, resilient distributed systems and infrastructure for complex financial transactions across both domestic and international rails.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, or Engineering).

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, cloud computing (including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), and data architecture.

• Preferred: Master's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

• Preferred: Over 12 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, web technologies, distributed HPC and ML systems, cloud computing, and data architecture.

• Preferred: More than 12 years of professional coding experience in Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala.

• Preferred: At least 10 years of experience with databases and database management systems.

• Preferred: Over 12 years of professional experience throughout the complete system development lifecycle.

• Preferred: More than 7 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.

• Preferred: Over 12 years of experience with networking protocols and integration with third-party distributed systems.

• Preferred: At least 7 years of experience mentoring senior engineers and fostering professional development within technical teams.

• Preferred: More than 3 years of experience leading cross-domain architectural reviews or establishing coding and design standards.

• Preferred: Expertise in the strategic use of agentic AI coding tools.
