This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design, implement, and oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Construct and sustain Kubernetes clusters along with containerized applications.
• Create and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing Terraform.
• Develop, execute, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Oversee source code repositories and branching strategies with Git.
• Automate operational processes through Bash/Shell scripting.
• Package, deploy, and administer Kubernetes applications using Helm.
• Construct, optimize, and manage Docker images and container runtimes.
• Implement and oversee autoscaling solutions using Karpenter and KEDA.
• Design and support event-driven architectures utilizing messaging systems like Amazon SQS and RabbitMQ.
• Monitor system performance, resolve production issues, and ensure platform reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance deployment processes, application performance, and operational efficiency.
• Apply security best practices across cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows.
• Engage in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or equivalent roles.
• Strong practical experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
• Expertise in administering and troubleshooting Kubernetes.
• Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins.
• Strong comprehension of Git workflows and version control best practices.
• Proficient in Bash/Shell scripting for automation purposes.
• Experience using Helm for deploying Kubernetes applications.
• Solid knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies.
• Experience in implementing scaling solutions using Karpenter and KEDA.
• Hands-on experience with messaging and queuing systems such as Amazon SQS and RabbitMQ.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, monitoring, and observability principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
