This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Oversee IT projects for clients

• Advise clients on business transformation strategies

• Assist with change management efforts

• Aid in the analysis of business processes

• Facilitate the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement to defining project objectives, tracking progress, and providing management reports

• Assist clients in establishing Project Management Offices

• Support technology-driven transformation initiatives

• Proficient in Scrum Development

• Proven experience in Project Management

• Background in Transformation Consulting

• Familiarity with Change Management

• Expertise in Business Process Analysis
