• Over 8 years of experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering positions.
• Proven expertise in building and scaling distributed systems and data platforms.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, or comparable technologies.
• Strong understanding of streaming architectures, real-time data processing, and event-driven systems.
• Solid grounding in software engineering principles: design patterns, testing, CI/CD, version control, and clean coding practices.
• Proficient in modern programming languages such as Scala, Java, or Python.
• Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization for both analytical and transactional workloads.
