This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Designing target architecture: developing data models and requirements for their description
• Constructing data flow maps from source systems to reporting to ensure complete transparency of data origins
• Conducting data profiling and analyzing source systems
• Formulating clear conclusions to support the end use of data
• Utilizing metadata repositories to perform impact analysis of data integration and systems
• Participating in defining data exchange principles (ETL/ELT, Kafka, REST API) with a focus on data integrity
• Involvement in the implementation of Data Quality Management (DQM): rules, monitoring, control
• Participating in the implementation of Data Governance controls in business processes and systems
• Identifying data-related risks, developing, and overseeing mitigation plans
• Implementing KPIs and OKRs for the Data Governance program
• Communicating results to key stakeholders
• Over 3 years of experience in the banking or financial sector
• Expert knowledge of data modeling methodologies
• Strategic thinking and architectural approach
• In-depth understanding of Data Governance Frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM)
• Expertise in Data Quality, Master Data, Metadata, Data Security
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to identify and address complex data management challenges
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements (BCBS 239, GDPR)
• Communication skills: ability to translate complex data concepts into business-friendly language
• Familiarity with agile methodologies in a data environment
