This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Develop and sustain data marts, materialized views, and data pipelines within an AWS Aurora PostgreSQL setting.

• Facilitate data integration between core systems and downstream platforms, including MicroStrategy and enterprise reporting tools.

• Design and enhance data workflows that support analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making processes.

• Monitor the health of data pipelines and resolve performance and data quality challenges.

• Work collaboratively with engineering and product teams to implement new data-driven features.

• Ensure compliance with federal data security standards, including FISMA and NIST 800-53.

• Extensive expertise in SQL and experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.

• Proven experience in constructing and maintaining data marts, materialized views, or ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Knowledge of AWS data services and cloud-based data infrastructure.

• Familiarity with integrating enterprise reporting or BI tools such as MicroStrategy is advantageous.

• Understanding of data security and governance in federal or regulated environments is preferred.

• Excels in a remote, collaborative Agile setting and genuinely enjoys working closely with a cross-functional team.

• Communicates effectively and transparently, whether documenting data flows or collaborating with engineers on integration design.
