This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provides guidance and employs professional concepts to develop solutions for critical issues.
• Train and optimize models utilizing LoRA and other parameter-efficient methods.
• Design, train, and assess multimodal models from the ground up.
• Implement reinforcement learning techniques for model development and enhancement.
• Experience with audio and speech ML tasks such as speaker diarization and speaker identification.
• Deploy, troubleshoot, and manage distributed systems within cloud environments.
• Enhance inference pipelines using tools and strategies like TensorRT, quantization, and pruning.
• Oversee and maintain models in production, addressing data drift and system failures.
• Conduct data collection, cleaning, and curation to create high-quality training and evaluation datasets.
• Comfortable operating within a gated, continuous deployment workflow that mandates unit, component, and integration tests.
• Applies profound knowledge of theories, practices, and design considerations.
• Engages with issues that influence program success or pertains to future concepts and products; implementing solutions necessitates a long-term perspective that affects strategic goals and objectives across multiple functions.
• Exercises considerable latitude in defining objectives and methodologies for critical assignments.
• Familiarity with media management strategies and distribution processes.
• Collaborates closely with Product and Operations teams to design and refine workflows.
• Brings broad expertise and knowledge across highly specialized fields or various related disciplines.
• Contributes to the development of company objectives and principles to achieve overall goals.
• Tackles significant and unique challenges where the analysis of situations or data necessitates evaluating intangibles.
• Expert-level experience, understanding, and knowledge of digital and broadcast production operations and workflows.
• Over 5 years of experience working with AWS cloud services.
• At least 1 year of experience with Azure cloud.
• Strong awareness of industry trends and best practices.
• Extensive experience with the C4 model and other traditional design artifacts.
• Proven experience working in an Agile environment.
• More than 7 years of experience with programming languages such as Java, Golang, Python, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of broadcast production or video content management systems.
• Familiarity with client-side web technologies (React, Angular, JavaScript, CSS, HTML).
• Understanding of continuous integration and deployment practices.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• A BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
