This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and launch iOS features utilizing Swift.

• Design seamless mobile workflows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Integrate backend APIs while ensuring that mobile workflows are stable, secure, and dependable.

• Enhance app performance, minimize crash rates, optimize loading states, improve responsiveness, and boost memory usage and battery efficiency.

• Leverage analytics, user behavior insights, and production challenges to refine the product.

• Create AI-enhanced mobile experiences only when they truly enhance the user journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of iOS development experience with Swift.

• Solid understanding of iOS fundamentals and experience in delivering production-ready apps.

• Proficient in SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await, and iOS architectural patterns.

• Strong awareness of mobile user experience, usability, edge cases, and user flows.

• Experience in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.

• Ability to execute quickly, take high ownership, and maintain a strong focus on product quality.

• Providing app links, GitHub profiles, screenshots, or examples of completed work is a significant advantage.
