AI/ML Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Development and architecture of AI/ML systems

• Design and create scalable AI/ML solutions utilizing LLMs and various machine learning models.

• Architect and deploy Generative AI systems that are scalable, resilient, and adhere to ethical AI standards.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Generative AI, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

• Develop and sustain comprehensive AI pipelines, which include:

• Data preprocessing

• Feature engineering

• Model training and evaluation

• Solution design and integration

• Construct extensible APIs and integrations to link AI models with enterprise systems.

• Create low-code/no-code UI/UX solutions to facilitate rapid delivery cycles.

• Design structured outputs (JSON, arrays, HTML) with nested nodes, ensuring smooth frontend/dashboard integration.

• Implement solutions that integrate LLMs (such as GPT models) to derive insights and provide actionable data.

• Cloud and distributed systems

• Architect and deploy solutions on cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Build and oversee distributed, scalable systems for AI workloads.

• Enhance models and systems for optimal performance, scalability, and efficiency.

• AI optimization and prompt engineering

• Enhance generative AI models to improve accuracy and response quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering at least one large-scale Generative AI solution

• Strong practical experience with:

• Machine Learning & AI (particularly in NLP and Generative AI)

• Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch

• Open-source platforms: Hugging Face

• Experience with:

• LLMs (such as the GPT family, DALL·E, or similar)

• Data pipelines and management of the ML lifecycle

• Strong software engineering skills for deploying AI in production settings.

• Experience in building APIs, system integrations, and scalable architectures.

• Solid understanding of distributed systems design.
