This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Architect Agentic Systems from the ground up: Create and implement production-quality multi-agent frameworks, intricate orchestration layers, and tailored AI developer tools.

• Balance Speed and Scale: Manage the challenge between quick prototyping and enduring sustainability.

• Orchestrate LLM Workflows: Integrate and navigate various commercial and open-source large language models.

• Accelerate with AI Tooling: Lead by example through the extensive use of advanced AI coding tools.

• Drive Evaluation and Performance: Establish rigorous frameworks for benchmarking, prompt engineering, and assessing agent reliability, latency, and accuracy.

• Collaborative Technical Leadership: Define engineering standards for code quality and system performance while mentoring fellow engineers.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, especially in dynamic environments where you've successfully delivered complex systems from inception.

• Demonstrated capability to assess technical debt.

• 2+ years of direct, hands-on production experience specifically in developing autonomous workflows, custom tools, and agentic systems.

• Profound familiarity with a variety of LLMs and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools).

• Previous experience in early-stage startups, indicating your comfort with ambiguity, swift adaptation based on data, and a strong focus on execution.

• Daily proficiency in software development utilizing advanced AI coding tools (such as Cursor, Copilot, or custom LLM extensions) to significantly enhance delivery speed.

• Comfort in writing clean, high-performance code in programming languages like Python or Go, along with a solid understanding of distributed backend systems.
